Please note that I am television researcher fro Granada Television and am involved in the project that is being discussed on a certain forum. I cannot, as yet, access this forum so I have asked Tommy Lynch to forward this on. I have previously liaised with Tommy Lynch in a search for possible people to contribute to our show. I can assure that this is no scam for people to buy property in Turkey and we are the process filming ten shows across Europe. However, we decided not to film in Turkey in the end so how can it be a scam to encourage people to buy there if we are not even filming there?

Hi Tommy,
Thanks for your offer of help in this. Basically if you could email your client base with the details below and perhaps put the details in italics of the show up on your website then that would be a great help. This is pretty much a generic email that I have been sending out.

Here is some basic information about the show. We are looking for contributors for a new primetime property series for Channel 5 about developing property abroad, and we are interested in featuring a programme in Turkey. We are looking for a couple who want to view, buy and develop property in the next few months in Turkey as we would like to follow their story as an hour long programme.

I wondered if you could help us find these contributors? We do need to interview people urgently as filming will be at the end of October. If we do get help with finding contributors we can put your details on our website which will be produced in connection with the series next year. Because the series is so high profile it will be of a huge benefit to any agency if there are details about their company on the website.

We are looking for people who want to do a little bit of work such as decorating / modernising of a Turkish property. Once the contributors are found we obviously would need help in finding properties that fit their specifications.

I would be most grateful if you could facilitate contact between your clients and me. Obviously we certainly don't expect to be given their details without their permission, and in order to alleviate any impact on your time, we thought that sending out an email-shot which has all the information on it would be the most expeditious.

Just a quick note to thank you for putting me in touch with your estate agents in Turkey, we have bought one of the 10k properties in Kusadasi and Tommy is going to deal with the renovation for us and it will be ready when we go for a holiday in August. It is thanks to yourselves that we bought because it felt somehow safer knowing that if we needed anything we could ask yourselves or Tommy in Turkey and we got straight answers.

Tommy could not have been more helpful we were on holiday in Kos so we took the boat across to Turkey were we were met by Tommys driver who took us to Kusadasi (a 2 and a half hour drive) we then viewed the property transferred our money over the phone to the agents account, went to the civic centre for our tax number, Tommy got lunch for us and our 4 children booked a hotel for the night for us. The next day we were picked up from the hotel were we were taken to choose tiles and the bathroom and kitchen, we also viewed furniture, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Tommys driver took us back to Bodrum harbour for the last ferry crossing and we left Turkey knowing our money and our house were in safe hands with your agents. We have given Tommys web address so hopefully he will get more business through us

What can I say. Fast friendly. Efficient. These words are correct. But not enough. The whole buying experience was unique.

1- Finding my future home 1 hour
2- Getting my tax number 5 minutes
3- Passport photos for deeds. 10 minutes
4- Setting up bank account 10 minutes
5- Telephone banking and transfer of funds from England. 2 to 4 days. When Tommy and his company recommend a property listen to them. I still cant believe my luck . I am still smiling.

My new house is my future dream. Unparalled. Views. Beach 5 minutes bus into town. I have spoken to previous customers and visited their home they instilled confidence. Nothing is to much trouble. as a single woman hoping to live here I felt very protected. Tommy is only a phone call away. When he says they will be there in 5 minutes They are there. The company is straight up professional. In 5 to 8 weeks time when my home is finished exactly as i wish. I will be doing the same.

We chose Kusadasi because it is a beautiful part of Turkey and the people are very friendly they can't do enough for you. Hopefully within the next few months we will be selling our house in England and moving to Turkey for good to live our dream in reality.
